Rates (2010)
**$690 - $1250/wk  (Sat - Sat)
     Kids stay free!
**Special Events , Holiday weeks are higher!
     Note: unless confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Monthly Rentals: JanMay,Sept,Oct,Nov,Dec,ONLY!
Please email or call for AVAILABILITY and RATES.

Fees: 
 Reservation Deposit: $250.00
Add required, 12. 5%, State Sales/Tourist tax;  Exit cleaning fee ($75).
Refundable security deposit ($200).

Specials 2010
*Any two weeks in Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec:  $1190.00 + cleaning & taxes.
* Not applicable to Special Events or Holiday  weeks.
